RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

IN ALL CASES OF RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS, You just need to fill in the return form on our website (Link to return) We will revert back as soon as possible.


INDIAN CUSTOMERS
THE RETURN POLICY IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS/ORDERS DELIVERED WITHIN INDIA ONLY.


RETURNS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER

Customer is responsible to ensure the product is returned safely to Kanvas. Kanvas will not be held responsible for the damage caused during the transit of the product from the customer to Kanvas's return address.


Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or store credit (as the case may be) of the appropriate amount within 10 days. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 20 days of us receiving the return package from you. Kanvas will not be liable for any damage that happens during return shipping.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Kanvas and accept Kanvas's decision regarding the return validation that is - if the product is valid to be accepted as return or not. Invalid returns will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be blacklisted for future purchases. Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation. For repeated return of products from a customer i.e. more than 50% of the delivered products, the customer will be intimated that future orders on non-cancellation and non-return basis. Thereafter, all future orders will be processed on conditions deemed appropriate by Kanvas.


Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes or dust bags. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:

CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at care@kanvaskloset.com. We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

EXCHANGE POLICY

PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE? WANT A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE?

    You just need to fill in the return form on our website (Link to return) We will revert back and you'll have to ship the product back to us on the below address:

    In case of a size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need
    For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery
    If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time
    In case the new required size required is not available, we can send you a coupon code of the same amount that can be used to buy anything on kanvaskloset.com


WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID?

    You just need to drop us a mail at care@kanvaskloset.com mentioning that you need a COUPON CODE for the product delivered and you will get a revert within next 48 working hours.
    We will give you a call and you'll have to ship the product back to us on

    The product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
    As soon as we get the product back and the quality check is done, we will provide you a coupon code. You can use this coupon code when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us.
    Coupon Code will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the product back.

    We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, DTDC, DHL, Aramex and India Post.
    For International Orders, you can easily pay via Paypal. You can use Paypal option to make payment through your Credit card also without creating any Paypal account. We do not accept international credit/debit card.
    You can also pay through Bank Transfer.
    We charge Flat International Shipping of $25.
    COD is not available for international shipping.
    Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
    Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
    Made to Order products usually takes 20-25 business days to dispatch.
    Kanvas tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. In case of delay (product not dispatched within estimated time period), customer is free to cancel the Order and Full amount will be refunded.
    As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
    International Orders are dispatched as soon as all the products in your order are ready with us. We don't dispatch incomplete orders.
    As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
    Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.

    We ship from our Mumbai Office.
    For Domestic Orders, we ship via Delhivery, Aramax, Fedex and India Post.
    Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-7 days. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.
    Made to Order products take 20-25 working days to dispatch.
