Kanvas Kloset is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the year. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the program will only calculate shipping charges for one product. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged shipping cost only for one product. Our prices are all inclusive.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day or as per the delivery date specified under the product. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call us at 9870234124 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
All items sold on our website www.kanvaskloset.com that are returned because they arrived in a damaged/defective condition, if size differs or if the item delivered turned out to be different from what was ordered will be eligible for free replacements, provided the exact item is available with us. Once the product is received, return or replacement for the same will be borne by you.
We have a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order on kanvaskloset.com?
You have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
For cancellation after shipping:
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped you can refuse the arrived parcel and we will refund 70% of your entire amount once the product is received back by us.
If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found or if there are any size issues with the product.
- All sales are final.
- We will reproduce your order if we verify that we made an error.
- We must be notified within 2 days from delivery of any defects or change of size.
- We may request that you return 100% of a defective order or size change within 5 business days before we agree to redo your order at our office address.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the products shall not be eligible for return or replacement.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the packaging or to the product.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging.
- Products sold under any discount or sale shall not be eligible for return or replacement.
We do not approve of any refund or cancellation but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
